Through the years, we've earned our customer's trust and a reputation for expert quality service, accountability, and for being a single point of responsibility on all the projects we manage ---- regardless of project size or tight deadlines.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate the fulfillment of all assigned orders from handoff meeting through shipmentDevelop detailed schedules for all activities required to fulfill assigned orders including but not limited to Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication and Sub-Contract ActivitiesUnderstand, communicate and track progress of required milestonesCommunicate order status to customer, on a predetermined rhythm, to ensure orders are aligned to expectationsMonitor/control material spend to ensure that actual spend is at/below quoted levelsMonitor/control hourly fabrication consumption to ensure that actual hours are at/below quoted levelsProactively engage with customer for each/every change in scope and/or missed delivery commitment from client, via the change order process, to capture any/all financial and/or delivery impactQualifications:Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Technology) requiredAbility to decipher customer requirements/specifications and utilize in the development of detailed proposalsIn depth knowledge of ASME Section VIII Div 1, TEMA and API 660Ability to utilize RCS, Compress and Plabo software packagesAbility to decipher technical drawing packagesAbility to communicate, both written and verbally, in a succent / professional mannerMust have inclusive behavior and the ability to work across multi-functional business structureMust have strong influential behavior and be comfortable driving both customer and internal team members for required milestone activitiesStrong technical acumen requiredStrong financial acumen required
