To support our continued growth and expansion, International Education Corporation (IEC) is recruiting an on-site Human Resources Manager to join our HR team in Irvine, CA.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the Leave of Absence (LOA) process, including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, and other state-specific leaves, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding LOA inquiries, providing guidance and support throughout the leave process.Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on LOA policies, procedures, and best practices.Develop and maintain HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to provide insights into key HR metrics, such as turnover, retention, diversity, and recruitment effectiveness.Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to HR leadership based on findings.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives that support organizational goals.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years' experience in human resources, with a focus on leave management and HR reporting and analytics.In-depth knowledge of California employment laws and regulations related to leaves of absence, including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, and other state-specific laws.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.Proficiency in HRIS systems (preferably PAYCOM)Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.The TeamInternational Education Corporation (IEC) is the parent company for U.S. Colleges, United Education Institute, UEI College, US Academy and Sage Truck Driving School.
