The primary responsibility of the Project Specialist is to support the Digitization (New Technologies) in the management and execution of our Digitization (New Technologies) program for development and scaling in North America. This role involves assisting in the coordination of project activities, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, and facilitating communication among cross-functional teams. The Project Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation and expansion of Digitization (New Technologies) initiatives across the organization.Project Coordination:Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities, schedules, resources, equipment and information.Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or bottlenecks.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and action item logs.Generate regular progress reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing project status, key metrics, and upcoming milestones.Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and appropriately stored.Stakeholder Communication:Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams involved in ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.Act as a primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, providing timely updates and addressing issues or concerns as they arise.Risk Management:Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and dependencies, collaborating with team members to develop contingency plans as needed.Monitor external factors and internal variables that may impact project outcomes, proactively adjusting plans and strategies to minimize potential disruptions.Quality Assurance:Support quality assurance efforts by assisting in the development and implementation of testing protocols and procedures for digitization and RFID systems.Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure compliance with established standards and regulatory requirements.Training and Support:Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on the use of digitization and RFID technologies, assisting with troubleshooting and problem resolution as needed.Collaborate with the training team to develop instructional materials, user guides, and other resources to facilitate adoption and proficiency.Budget and Resource Management:Track and manage project expenditures.Assist in resource allocation.Identify and escalate potential budgetary and resource issues to Project ManagerProject DeliveryAdoption MetricsService Center EfficienciesCost SavingsSupport Resolution PerformanceAuthority/Decision Making:Decisions in line with project deliveryKey Contacts:Internal : NA Plant Operations Leadership Team. Demonstrated Change Management skills.Demonstrated ability to achieve project goals and deliverablesSkills/KnowledgeStrong interpersonal, presentation and networking skills.Strong analytical and technical skills - including risk mitigation and problem resolution.Team player but able to work autonomously.Experience with logistics and supply chain industriesExperience with working on multi stakeholder projectsLanguagesEssential: EnglishDesirable: SpanishMust be willing to travel up to 25%.Base Salary Range is $57,000 - $86,000 annuallySalary ranges provided take into account a wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications, geographic differentials and other business and organizational needs. Therefore, actual amounts offered may be higher or lower than the range provided.
