They proudly honor their commitments to their customers, their communities and each other to ensure that each person has a better today and a safer tomorrow.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a compensation strategy that aligns with company business goals while enhancing our ability to attract and retain talent Guided by company strategy and functional business objectives, assess ongoing competitiveness and consequently design and implement meaningful solutions, impacting results in the areas of: Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Rewards & Recognition, Wellness, Executive Leadership support. Will collaborate with senior leaders to ensure that compensation plans for sales and field employees are appropriate and aligned with the company's broader compensation principles. Create and manage communication strategies for compensation and benefits programs to make them appealing, helping the company to both attract top talent and keep it, which in turn supports business success. Ability to set a path forward and be a visible, internal consultative compensation, benefits and rewards expert and advisor who further drives the strategic value of our total rewards. Ensure accurate forecasts and actual calculation of expenditures/value in compensation, benefits, recognition, wellness and equity programs in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Finance for budget planning and effective talent-based decision making. Be an active leader and member of the HR leadership team driving towards common goals and an inclusive culture that nurtures our individuality while contributing to the collective strength of the team. Be an external thought leader on current Total Rewards market practices and future trends in a manner which enhances our client's brand awareness.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCEMinimum ten years of experience in Total Rewards with significant demonstrated success building and launching a spectrum of broad-based, innovative total rewards programs Experience in a high impact HR function, learning best practices, combined with smaller company exposure with limited resources Strongly prefer eight years' experience creating and implementing Compensation and Benefits programs in a transforming organization Knowledge of change management strategies and approaches • Experience leading payroll Knowledge of self-funded benefits programs In-depth understanding of executive benefits and compensation design, administration and governance in both private and public companies Workday experience Compensation and/or benefits certifications a plus
