Position Scope: Provides administrative support for the Sales Leadership Team and Account Executives.Position Responsibility:Completes entry of domestic and international sales orders along with follow up correspondenceDistributor order entry and buyer follow upKey and web accounts promo and new store order trackingGenerates sales reports for members of the sales teamReleases and revises orders as necessary for shipment from various system queuesAssists sales & broker team with sales orders, product info, pricing, and shippingBroker, web, and key account administrative support including but not limited to broker paperwork completion, and web account inquiries and paperworkCommunicates internally within the organization in a positive and solution-oriented manner to ensure customer orders are executed correctlyCommunicates externally with retailers and sales teams providing a valuable service of information and timely point of contact for requestsCustomer discount entry, tracking, and reportingCoordinates trade shows and special eventsCoordinates travel arrangementsNew account set up paperwork and follow up with sales teamNew lead distribution, follow-up, and trackingGenerates new products tracking reportsBack up to all Customer Care related activities as necessarySatisfactory completion of appropriate corporate training as related to the position and/or departmentThe above is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of responsibilities. Other activities may be assigned as required by management.QUALIFICATIONSExperience and Skills:5 year's experience in an administrative/customer service positionStrong data entry experience required - alpha/numericStrong detail oriented administrative and organizational skills requiredProficient in MS Office systems i.e., Word, Excel, SharePoint & One DriveModerate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience a plusAbility to review & verify information for accuracyExcellent phone etiquette and written communication skills (Deliver clear, concise messages both verbally and written)Must be able to manage multiple priorities, be motivated to take initiative, work independently & within a teamAbility to work hybrid if preferred, 2 days remote with 3 days in officeEducation and Certifications:Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
