You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Meshy by finding and hiring the best minds in tech, AI, and creative industries. In addition to recruitment, you'll support onboarding, benefits management, and collaborate with HR vendors to ensure our people thrive.Key Responsibilities:Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, managing everything from sourcing to offer negotiation for both technical and commercial roles.Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across global markets, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.Support seamless employee onboarding, enhancing the new hire journey and managing benefits administration.Collaborate with HR vendors to streamline processes and improve service delivery.Preferred Qualifications:3+ years of experience in global recruitment, ideally within tech or AI industries in North AmericaExceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.Outstanding interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.High level of discretion and a commitment to confidentiality.Our ValuesBrainWe value intelligence and the pursuit of knowledge.
