Our client, a top-tier law firm, is looking for a Legal Practice Assistant to join their growing team. About the Role: Provides general administrative support for lawyers which may include drafting, editing, and formatting correspondence and legal documents.Organizes and maintains file systems, arranges meetings, coordinates conferences and travel plans, and handles billing and expense reimbursement.Establishes and maintains effective communication via telephone and in person with lawyers, clients, and other staff within the Firm. Maintains daily and advance calendars for lawyers.Safeguards the Firm's confidential information.Handles confidential matters as directed.Performs all other clerical tasks as required.About You: 2+ years of administrative experienceStrong spelling, grammar and communication skills are needed as well as document production and multitasking skills. High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
