The Project Manager responsib le for the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. You oversee all aspects of a project, from start to finish, to ensure that it is delivered on time and within budget. We are open to a Strong APM with buyout experience or a Project Manager who has run full projects. DescriptionPrepare and manage project schedule and identify risksAssist with preconstruction and estimating throughout project Implement and maintain budget and schedule controls.The Project Manager will report significant issues in a timely manner to the Project Director and will prepare Monthly Progress Reports in accordance with contract documents.Participate in reviewing and evaluating documentation related to the planning, site investigation, design, construction, and contract administration.Attend project-related meetings, capture minutes, and record issues.Maintain the Program Management Team site office for the duration of the projectProfileExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or similarAbility to monitor and administer projects ranging up to $450MExperience with Ground Up and Renovation projects preferredStrong Employment TenureComing from an environment with strong process and procedures. Analytical skills, with the ability to read, interpret and develop statistical reportsMust be able to read and interpret building and site plans and specifications.Must be able to prepare cost estimates and project schedules.Proficient with ProCore or similar softwareBi-lingual (English / Spanish)Open to a Strong APM with Buyout experience or Project Manager that has run their own projectsJob OfferCompetitive BaseYearly Bonus (10- 20%) of salary (consistently paid) - based no role you are brought on asMedical, Dental and Vision for employee and family 2.5 weeks PTO.
