Job Summary:Greeters at Sam's Club are responsible for welcoming customers, providing a positive first impression, and enhancing customer experience by offering assistance and directing guests as needed.Responsibilities:Welcome customers as they enter the store.Provide carts and offer promotional flyers.Answer inquiries and provide directions within the store.Assist with customer flow by monitoring entrances and directing traffic.Maintain presence at entrance or other strategic areas to ensure safety and security.Qualifications:Friendly and outgoing personality.Strong communication skills.Ability to stand for extended periods.Experience in a customer service role is preferred.High school diploma or equivalent.
