In partnership with the site Anchor MD, you will drive performance by mentoring and coaching your clinic team, managing financial outcomes, and supporting patient retention and growth through operational excellence.What You'll DoClinic Management and Leadership:Ensure every aspect of the patient and provider experience runs smoothly and efficiently. Set the culture of the clinic to inspire excellence and collaboration with your team.Oversee all aspects of day to day operationsBe a coach, mentor and leader for your team Be the role model for customer service expectationsCoach staff to maintain a tight-knit relationship between the clinical and front office teamsPartner with ops leadership and Anchor MD to create and execute on clinic business plansMonitor operational and service trends, make recommendations, and share feedback with operations leadership team Operations ManagementEnsure all clinic operations run smoothly including all systems and processes with exceptional customer experience.Create and manage staffing schedulesMaintain timely and accurate staff time cards and payrollEnsure clinic operations meet all Metropolis standards and metrics are trackedManage supply ordering and inventory in accordance with expense budgetAssist in development and updates of training materials, policies, and proceduresReinforce patient experience standards and escalate as necessary to achieve resolutionMaintain transparent communications structure to keep the teams engaged and informedEnsure employees understand and follow all Metropolis policies, including HIPAA, OSHA, and safety proceduresWork with ops leadership and technology partners to escalate and resolve issuesas they arisePeople ManagementWork closely with the operations leadership on recruiting and hiring to ensure the clinic has an excellent talent pipeline and effective onboarding and training.Work with the ops leadership to recruit and retain all clinic staff positionsOversee exceptional onboarding and training experience for all new hires, including the clinical care teamEnsure that proper access for individual staff to successfully perform their particular roleManage performance of patient coordinators, medical assistants, estheticians and any other Metropolis staffDeliver timely feedback and maintain open lines of communication with all team membersMetropolis Dermatology Interview ProcessSubmit resume and application.Virtual screening interview with hiring manager.On-site interviews with executive leadership and management team.Provide three (3) professional references.We are an e-Verify employer.
