Job TitleSenior Project Manager, Not-for-Profit Job DescriptionWe are searching for an energetic Senior Project Manager to work in Partner Services for Not for Profit at Sage Intacct. In this role, you will work with new and experienced partners providing professional services in onboarding and enablement strategies, and support new partners successfully design and implement Sage Intacct for their end customers. This is an opportunity to define project scope, design solutions and review partner implementations deliverables while focusing on partner excellence and customer success. You must have deep understanding of NFP and/or Fund Accounting, and exposure to working with an NFP Development Team. This role will develop and support educational programs to foster partner success, and work with various teams in the Channel, Customer Support, Sales, Product Management and International teams for Sage Intacct. Key Responsibilities Focus heavily on working with the Not for Profit team and all areas related to NFP at Sage IntacctWork with multiple partners simultaneously to successfully manage and implement the Sage Intacct solution for the partner's end customer following our prescriptive implementation methodology resulting in customer satisfaction, and successful customer adoptionDevelop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Sage Intacct solution including expertise implementing the assigned solution areas, especially around the Not for Profit verticalStay current with the quarterly product features and enhancementsEffectively research and respond to partner implementation support cases as assignedDevelop and deliver content for Partner Office Hours on a quarterly basisDevelop and update NFP focused programs and materials that will enable partners globallyManage partner programs, developing, updating the programs as needed and in accordance with partner community needsQualifications:Familiarity with key areas in the NFP vertical: Community organizations, Foundations, Family Offices, Healthcare (senior living, nursing homes, hospice), Tribes (Grant giving and grant receiving), Museums, Membership organizations, Private Schools (lots of Endowments and Donor Advised Funds (DAFs).Some General accounting knowledgeReporting for NFPConsulting backgroundProcess oriented mindset; ability to build and effectively drive processesStrong Excel, Powerpoint skillsPlenty of perks:Competitive salaries that landed us top 5% of similar sized companies (according to Comparably)Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage401(k) retirement match (100% matching up to 4%)32 days paid time off (21 personal days, 10 national holidays, 1 floating holiday)18 weeks paid parental leave for birth, adoption or surrogacy offered 1 year after start date5 days paid yearly to volunteer (through Sage Foundation)$5,250 tuition reimbursement per calendar year starting 6 months after hire dateSage Wellness Rewards Program ($600 wellness credit and $360 fitness reimbursement annually)Library of on-demand career development options and ongoing training offeringsWhat it's like to work at Sage:Careers homepage - reviews - page - FunctionExpert Services CountryUnited States Office LocationAtlanta;Austin;Beaverton Work Place typeHybrid AdvertWorking at Sage means you're supporting millions of small and medium sized businesses globally with technology to work faster and smarter.
