Position: Sr. Compensation AnalystLocation: Farmingdale, NY - requires 2 days on site per week. NOT OPEN TO RELOCATION -- MUST BE COMMUTABLE TO THIS LOCATION CURRENTLYSalary: 80-90k + depending on experience Summary:LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client in Farmingdale, NY, to find an experienced Compensation Analyst to join their team. This role will be crucial in developing, managing, and maintaining compensation programs across multiple states. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation analysis, sales/commission plans, compliance, and a deep understanding of labor laws, including FLSA.Key Responsibilities:Analyze, develop, and maintain competitive compensation programs across multi-state locations.Design and manage sales commission plans and variable pay programs.Ensure all compensation practices are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including FLSA requirements.Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure the company's compensation programs are competitive.Provide support in salary planning, merit review, and incentive programs.Collaborate with HR, finance, and sales teams to ensure compensation programs align with company goals.Prepare and analyze compensation reports, utilizing advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas) to support decision-making.Assist in the development and implementation of compensation policies and procedures.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of compensation analysis experience, with a focus on multi-state environments.Strong experience in working with sales/commission plans.In-depth understanding of compliance regulations, including FLSA.Advanced Excel skills are required (experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas).Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience.This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success through effective compensation strategies.If you are an experienced Compensation Analyst looking to take the next step in your career, apply now!
