MAKE GUESTS PRIORITY #1 Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, solicitingvaluable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaintsNEVER STOP IMPROVINGContinually hone our operational execution; schedule staffing levels to meet your centers needs and maximize the guest experienceTAKE EVERY OPPORTUNITYCapitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing our marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.)PARTNER WITH LEAGUESDevelop and maintaina good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow our league business; adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform other administrative duties associated with our leagues ASSEMBLE AN ALL-STAR TEAMRecruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staffSHOW OFF THOSE MANAGEMENT SKILLSLead the team and influence them through effective motivation; leveragethe individual strengths of your team members to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity; delegate, delegate, delegate...DRIVE FOOD & BEVERAGE SALESOversee the management and expansion of your centersFood & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction in our dining offerings. Provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards, fostering a thriving sales cultureREMAIN FLEXIBLEAn ability to work varying shifts, from weekends to holidays, in addition to extended workdays as needed by your center.WHO YOU AREAs committedmember of our team, youreready to fill in for your centersGeneral Manager as needed.
