· Performs a variety of office administrative functions, such as preparing reports/documentation, processing mail, and filing. · Managing Plant Manager calendar and travel. Aids in coordination of plant communications · May be responsible for updating & maintaining production training records and plant audit dates. · May assist HR Manager with proper documentation for new hires and/or employee transaction forms. · May assist Plant Management with time-keeping and attendance tracking. · Provides general administrative support to plant. Ordering and organizing of plant supplies.
