RNCM will develop and implement a nursing plan of care and make recommendations for care based on patients' needs, working independently while benefitting from an interdisciplinary team partnership.4-day schedule work week, rotating weekends, 2-3 holidays per year.Qualifications:Associates/Diploma from an accredited school of Nursing; BSN preferredAt least two years experience in medical-surgical, community health, and/or oncology nursing preferredProficiency with Word and Excel preferredNew York State RN licensure and valid NYS driver's license requiredExperience working within an interdisciplinary team environmentEffective communication, listening and teaching skillsAbility to input clinical data proficientlyInterested in hearing more?
