The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing our agency-wide database, as well as any other databases required by our funding sources. This role involves a high level of responsibility and requires a candidate with a strong understanding of data entry, troubleshooting, and reporting. If you have a passion for data management and a knack for maintaining accuracy, we'd love to hear from you.Why join us?Excellent BenefitsJob DetailsResponsibilities:Oversee and manage the agency-wide MIS database, ensuring its optimal operation and accuracy.Maintain and manage any other databases required by funding sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Conduct data entry tasks with a high level of precision, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.Troubleshoot any issues that arise within the databases, working swiftly to resolve them and minimize downtime.Generate detailed reports on client data, services, and outcomes, providing valuable insights to aid decision-making.Collaborate with various team members and departments to ensure data requirements are met and maintained.Implement data management best practices and policies, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Identify opportunities for database optimization and implement changes where necessary.Train and support other team members in the use of the databases, fostering a culture of data literacy within the organization.Qualifications:A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.Proven experience with database management, data entry, troubleshooting, and reporting.Strong knowledge of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve database issues quickly and effectively.Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical team members.Proficient in the use of relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Excel and SQL.A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Interested in hearing more?
