 Must have skills: Google sheets, data management, attention to detail, excellent written communication skills Teachable skills: Rainfocus (content tool), slack workflows Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions): Manage timelines and accuracy of all staffing deliverables Support staffing leads in the building and maintenance of the Staffingforce tool (Rainfocus) Moderate employee communication Slack Channels Track relevant metrics according to KPIs aligned to the Operations Center of Excellence Perform audits and reporting to monitor staffing and ensure employee compliance Travel onsite to support the event execution for staffingforce, as needed Other duties as assigned
