MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (not all inclusive):• Contract Management:? Work between the Supply Chain and Legal Departments to draft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute various contracts (e.g., vendor agreements, service contracts, procurement contracts, non-disclosure agreements, etc.).? Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.? Maintain accurate records of all contract-related correspondence.• Supplier Risk Assessment:? Identify and assess risks associated with supplier reliability, product quality, and financial stability.? Work with the Supply Chain Department to implement contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions.? Monitor supplier performance and address deviations promptly.• Supplier Relationship Management:? Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters with suppliers.? Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supplier performance.• Continuous Improvement:? Drive process enhancements within the supplier risk management function.? Recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures.• Problem Resolution:? Resolve contract-related issues with external parties and internal stakeholders.? Liaise with legal, finance, and other corporate departments as needed.• Risk Mitigation:? Identify and notify immediately of any contractual risk issues or exposure.?
