What are we looking for in our Supply Chain Data Analyst? Job Title: Supply Chain Data AnalystLocation: Maplewood, MNPay Rate: $30-33/hr, DOEJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Data Analyst to assist in preparing for emerging global Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) regulations. This role involves communicating with internal and external stakeholders, analyzing product and supply chain information, and managing responses. The position offers a chance to gain insights into new and evolving supply chain ESG regulations within an international company in a non-laboratory setting.Primary Responsibilities:Vendor CommunicationRequest and gather data to support global regulationsConduct initial review to ensure data completenessFollow-up on missing informationData Management/DocumentationUpdate tracking tools with vendor progress, risks, and key metricsMaintain and update the vendor and material recordsOrganize submitted data by vendor/productProject Team CommunicationNotify procurement partners when data is ready for evaluationCommunicate any concerns, roadblocks, and risks identifiedSupport ActivitiesCollaborate with the project team to integrate data into internal Business Intelligence (BI) toolsAssist in the implementation of a third-party IT SaaS data evaluation solutionRequired Skills:Basic understanding of product and/or supply chain EHS/ESGMinimum of 1 year of related experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and tasks efficientlyTeam-oriented and results-driven mindsetFlexibility and willingness to learnBachelor's degree or higher in Sustainability, Compliance, Supply Chain, CSR, or related fields from an accredited institutionPreferred Skills:Familiarity with online databasesKnowledge of process improvement, project management, and data managementExperience in strategic sourcing, risk assessment, governance, and product complianceEligible employees receive comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity), 401(k) retirement savings, life & disability insurance, employee assistance program, legal support, and more.LI-SH5CB
