Must able to work on site at Grand Prairie, TX at least 50% or more. is seeking for a Power supply design engineer for a new design of tactical power destruction architecture / grounding for system within advance program area.Candidate must develop r power regulation and distribution for custom advanced circuit card solutions.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work independently in a past-pace design environment.Specific required experience is with complex analog and power circuit card design including power conversation, isolation, grounding, and power distribution for sensor system. Required Skills and Experience:Experience with complex analog and power circuit card designExperience with Power circuit analysisExperience with input power filter design and E3 (EMI, EMC, etc.) on advance electronic for circuit card .Design power filter and isolation for MIL-STD-461 for electronics for conducted emission and conduct susceptibilityExperience with electronic system power consumption and dissipation analysisExperience with system grounding and ability to create system level grounding diagram with power isolationExperience of CCA integration with testing tools including power supplies, Digital Multi-Meters, Oscilloscopes, Electronic Loads, Data Acquisition devicesAbility to perform design trade studies; evaluating cost, weight, packaging, power benefitsFamiliarity or experience with parts and materials selections for CCA designsExperience capturing flowed and derived requirements for CCA designsExperience deriving test requirements for CCA designs including local and system power verificationExperience with Cadence PSpice or equivalent for circuit simulation and analysisExperience with Mentor Graphics / Siemens Xpedition or equivalent for schematic capture and layoutExperience with Mentor Graphics Siemens power integrity analysisDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a multi-disciplined team of design engineers and internal stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated ability to work independently and with little oversight in a fast paced, dynamic and agile environment to meet an aggressive scheduleSelf-starter who can fully engage with other personnel on the program and operate with minimal direct supervision Desired Skills:Experience with MIL-STD-461 testing for electronics in conducted emission and conduct susceptibilityExperience or familiarity with servo motor control circuit design and analysisComments for Suppliers: Please only submit candidates local to the Grand Prairie area.
