 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead productivity projects yielding significant reductions in defects/costs and increased productivityMaintain engineering documents and participate in PHAs that execute on recommendations to eliminate process safety hazardsDevelop Pre-Feed/FEL-1 packages for capital projectsWork on projects that optimize energy consumption and could help in reducing expenses to operate in a 24/7 manufacturing environmentPerform root cause analysis and implement process changes/control plans to drive continuous improvementUtilize Six Sigma tools to drive process improvementsIdentify process KPIs and work independently or on a team to reduce process variability and waste through process unit operations optimizationWork closely with other operational engineers to develop and implement innovative engineering solutions to improve OEEUtilize MOC process to manage changesSupport operations in troubleshooting daily process issues as neededDevelop new SOPs or update existing ones as neededRelief valve sizing and packages creation.
