As the guardian of brand consistency across all touchpoints, you'll be instrumental in their ongoing journey, spearheading the development and implementation of robust marketing strategies aimed at amplifying brand visibility, boosting sales, and nurturing lasting customer relationships. If you're ready to be part of shaping the future of our brand, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Develop and Execute Integrated Marketing StrategiesCollaborate with senior management to define marketing objectives.Create and implement marketing plans covering digital, social media, influencers, PR, retail, and experiential marketing.Ensure alignment and synergy in marketing efforts across all departments.Own and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution.Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.Content Creation and Brand ManagementLead content creation for product stories, social media, email newsletters, and other various efforts.Coordinate product launches, including promotional and PR initiatives.Manage seasonal product catalog production, ensuring accurate and appealing presentations and adherence to timelines.Lead the design of packaging and hangtags in collaboration with product development and supply chain teams to ensure functional and cost-effective solutions.Facilitate brand evolution efforts as needed.Event and Vendor ManagementSupport leadership in preparing presentations and organizing sales meeting setups.Assist in coordinating tradeshow participation, from designing booth layouts to setup arrangements.Supervise the organization and execution of internal company engagement events.Curate and procure branded promotional materials for diverse campaigns and events.Cultivate and manage partnerships with external vendors and agencies as required.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.3-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the footwear or fashion industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, social media management tools, and Microsoft Office 365.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.A team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.Positive, driven, and self-aware.Equal Opportunity Statement:CampusPoint is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
