Based in Indianapolis, we provide general construction, design/build, construction management, and a range of other services for smooth, tailored projects and are presently seeking a Lead Superintendent to assist with our multi-family projects in the region. The projects will be taking place in Westfield, IN. Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Lead Superintendent to oversee the construction of multi-family and senior living facilities with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of the construction process, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and quality control.Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring that work is completed on time and to the required standard.Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.Implement and enforce safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all workers on site.Ensure that all work is completed within budget and according to schedule.Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.Qualifications5+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on multi-family and senior living facilities.BenefitsYou will be eligible for a 401k match, health, medical, and dental insurance, and either a vehicle allowance or a company vehicle!Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
