The Advisor acts as a liaison between franchisees and their customers, helping resolve issues, improve service quality, and identify opportunities for business growth. You will also conduct customer site visits, provide equipment and supply recommendations, and drive additional sales opportunities during interactions with clients. The job requires both strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Franchise Advisors undergo several months of extensive leadership and industry training.THE QUALIFICATIONSThe ideal candidate should have the following qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or training Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to handle physical tasks such as standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds Professional appearance and attention to detail Previous experience in the commercial cleaning industry is a plus, but not required THE BENEFITSWe offer a competitive compensation package, including: 50k - 55k Annual starting SalaryHealth and dental insurance Paid time off Flexible work hours, including some evening or weekend shifts as needed for training Professional development opportunities and the chance to work with a dedicated team of professionals
