Great reputation Trial Experience for associates Competitive compensationJob DetailsJob Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mid-Level Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Manhattan Beach. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working both remotely and in-office. The ideal candidate will be barred in California and have at least two years of experience handling medical malpractice cases or similar litigation. Key Responsibilities: Handle medical malpractice cases from inception to resolution, including client interviews, legal research, drafting pleadings, and attending hearings. Work closely with clients, healthcare providers, and expert witnesses to develop case strategies. Conduct case assessments and provide clients with clear guidance and representation. Engage in settlement negotiations, mediation, and arbitration where applicable. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and trial preparation.Preferred Experience: Deposition experience is preferred but not required. Candidates who are eager to gain deposition experience will be provided opportunities for mentorship and skill development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.Qualifications: Must be an active member of the California Bar. At least 2 years of experience in medical malpractice or related litigation.
