Professional Land Surveyor

Job OverviewDresdner Robin is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to work on a full-time OR part-time basis. The qualified candidate will be responsible for: Compiling, analysis and interpretation of survey field data to produce maps, plans and other deliverable documents including:Route SurveysBoundary SurveysTopographic SurveysALTA/NSPS Land Title SurveysConstruction Layout StakingAs-Built SurveysFloodplain Surveys and Elevation CertificationsProviding leadership and guidance to internal and field staff to ensure surveys are conducted in efficient manner by identifying known survey reference points and significant features in the survey area, and review of survey data to ensure accuracy Performing QA/QC of final deliverables.Maintaining project budgets and deliverable schedules.Interfacing with customers and internal staff to deliver assignments in a timely manner in accordance with project schedules.Position QualificationsApplicants that will be considered for this position must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications and skills:5+ Years of experience in land surveying, in the state of NJ An N.J. PLS license, - in addition, a New York PLS License is desirableStrong CAD skills with AutoCAD Civil 3DMicrostation V8i experience a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdditional RequirementsValid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites within the NJ and NY areaMust be willing work overtime when neededMust be able to pass a standard drug/alcohol screeningPartial List of FULL-TIME Benefits Health and dental insurance coverage401K PlanPaid leave time and company holidays
