We are unable to provide sponsorship at this moment".Job Title: Technical Support Engineer - Service ManagementLocation: Orlando, FLDuration: 12 monthsPay rate: $35/hr on W2Job Description:Basic Qualifications for Consideration:Strong proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues, focusing on customer-facing problem-solving.Solid object-oriented programming skills, particularly in JavaScript, and experience with web application stack components (HTML, CSS, XHTML).Experience with relational databases (such as MySQL) and Linux/UNIX systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions clearly and work collaboratively in a customer-facing environment.Responsibilities:Manage and resolve complex technical issues raised by customers, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting support for the platform.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for multiple applications, mentoring team members and sharing technical knowledge.Debug JavaScript code and identify improved solutions for custom code within customer environments.Use the platform's internal tools to diagnose and manage technical cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution while maintaining strong customer relationships.About ASKASK Consulting is an award-winning technology and professional services recruiting firm servicing Fortune 500 organizations nationally.
