Account Manager - Staffing ServicesPosition Overview: The Account Manager in Staffing Services is responsible for managing and growing client relationships, overseeing staffing solutions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role combines client-facing interaction with strategic account management, requiring a deep understanding of the staffing industry, client needs, and workforce solutions. The ideal candidate will proactively identify business opportunities, develop customized staffing strategies, and act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored workforce solutions.Develop new business opportunities by prospecting and networking within assigned territories or industries.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Collaborate with recruitment teams to match qualified candidates with client requirements, ensuring successful placements.Monitor and manage the performance of placed candidates, addressing any client or candidate concerns.Negotiate contracts and terms of service to maximize revenue and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide strategic insights.Achieve or exceed sales targets, contributing to company growth and profitability.Qualifications:Proven experience in account management, sales, or client relations, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.Bilingual in English and Spanish (both written and verbal communication skills required).Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective staffing solutions.Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and a focus on meeting deadlines and sales goals.Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of service.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR-related fields.Familiarity with industry sectors such as manufacturing, warehousing, healthcare, event services, etc. A background in managing both high-volume and specialized staffing accounts.
