Human Resources DirectorKansas City, MetroCompensation: up to $115K/year depending on experience/qualificationsHR-Rethought is a small HR consulting company based in south Overland Park, KS with clients all over the KC metro area. We partner with small to midsize businesses and function as their HR and Recruiting team - just outsourced. Our clients across all industries - from manufacturing to engineering to retail services.We are growing and are looking to add a HR Director to our team. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and extremely organized.We are looking for the following in our next HR Director:Positive EnergySwiss ChameleonHumble HustlerFearless WinnerOthers FirstWe are looking for someone with the following skillset:As a HR Director for HR-Rethought your role is to support our clients in anything and everything HR. Most of our clients have no idea what they need and that's where we come in!A well-rounded HR background is key! As a HR Director you will be touching ALL aspects of human resources. Expect anything and everything HR related. Every client is different, and every project is different.Human Resources responsibilities include, but are not limited to:HR processes and proceduresEmployee relationsUpdating/Creating employee handbooksImproving/creating onboarding and offboarding processesBroker selectionPerformance management, review program implementation, internal 360 surveys, etc.Coordinate annual benefit enrollmentManage wellness programsAnd more!Time Management & CommunicationMaintain multiple client email inboxes by checking a minimum of 3x dailyConsistent communication with client on needs, changes, updatesScheduling meetings, reviews, onboarding of new hires, etc. as needed Ability to multi-task and prioritize at a moment's noticeHR Administrative SupportMaintaining employee files in shared drives and/or HRIS systems, if applicableConduct and/or oversee new employee onboardingComplete I-9 verifications, as neededComplete employee verification requestsCreate/Draft/Research various templates, forms, documents as required (offer letters, legal agreements, SOPs, handbook policies, and many many more!)This position will require building client relationships and on-site time at client's location.Preferred Experience:10+ years of human resources experiencePast success juggling a number of competing priorities and seeing them through to completion within deadlinesBenefits:401(k) with a matchPaid time offPaid holidaysGas allowanceCell phone allowanceIf this describes you, we would love to hear from you!
