The company's goal is to use the next 10 years to create 5,000 fair-paying, flexible, and enriching jobs in Milwaukee and beyond.We are seeking a Client Account Manager, this is a client-facing position where you maintain new and existing client relationships. A successful candidate will be an excellent multitasker who can manage internal and external projects simultaneously across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with your team to successfully move clients through implementation.REWARDS$70-$85K annual salary if converted to a full-time employeePerformance-based bonusesFull BenefitsREQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree requiredAbility to commute to the office daily3 years of experience in a professional settingPrevious experience in benefit consulting and implementation for both employers and employeesAbility and desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup environmentProficiency with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointRESPONSIBILITIESMaintain daily relationships and interactions with clients such as open item logs and issue resolutionManage and execute project plans such as requirement documents, meeting notes, etc. to create a seamless implementationParticipate in sales presentations as neededMonitor the benefit and technology administration processesEnsure accuracy with all administrations and implementations to prevent future issuesEmerge is committed to being an equal-opportunity employer.
