The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and staffing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of clients in the assigned region.Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to remain competitive.Team Management:Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance, support, and training.Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovative thinking and high performance.Client Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.Candidate Sourcing:Oversee the sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes to ensure high-quality candidate placements.Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to attract top talent.Performance Metrics:Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.Prepare regular reports for senior management on recruitment performance and market trends.Compliance and Best Practices:Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and ethical standards.Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends in recruitment.WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience (5+ years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a staffing agency.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
