Our mission is to bridge the gap between generic payment tools and the unique needs of our clients, allowing them to provide unparalleled service to their merchants and channel partners.Position Overview:The Sales Manager of our Proprietary Product Production business will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth. You will be at the forefront of our GTM initiatives, targeting large payment solution providers and merchants, and promoting our range of customizable hardware and software solutions.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities with large payment solution providers and merchants.Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at potential and existing client organizations.Sales Presentations: Demonstrate the unique value proposition of our customization solutions through compelling presentations, product demos, and proposals.Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies and bring feedback for product improvements.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure client requirements are met.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest in payment technology advancements to better position our solutions.Qualifications:3+ years of sales experience, at least 1 years in payment industry.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.Proficiency in cold-calling and independently sourcing leads.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.A results-driven mindset with a penchant for exceeding targets.Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.What We Offer:Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.Opportunity to be a part of a rapidly-growing startup making a significant impact in the payment industry.Benefits package including medical, dental, and PTO.Continuous learning and development opportunities.Collaborative and vibrant work culture.Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their CV, along with a cover letter detailing their relevant experience.
