The AHD family of wholesale brands includes Made Goods (flagship furniture made from unique materials); Pigeon & Poodle (home and bath accessories); Blue Pheasant (handcrafted tabletop products) and Thucassi (artisanal candles and fragrances).About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Web MerchandisingCoordinator with a solid understanding of digital merchandising best practices to support our B2B/B2C sites as they mature and grow. This role will support the Web Merchandising Manager with new product launches, building and executing online merchandising strategies, as well as collaborating on web development projects.What you can do for us:Execute merchandise presentation on all sites to ensure categorization, product details, imagery and all related content are accurate and meet brand guide linesSet up product for seasonal launches and complete content upload for the websites, ensuring timely releases of product with accurate product informationConduct regular audits of websites to ensure all functionalities are working seamlessly to optimize customer accessibility and maintain a flawless user experienceCollaborate on merchandising strategies to optimize search results, enhance product recommendations, and improve SEO performance on the websiteIdentify emerging trends in web merchandising and recommend improvements to enhance customer engagement and drive sales on the platformResponsible for product uploads into our ERP system in a timely mannerTroubleshoot and resolve data-related issues within the ERP systemAssist with bulk image production, including maintaining product image uploads to FTP server, ensuring all images are correctly organized and accessibleExecute internal web support ticket requestsWork cross functionally with internal and external business partners to address and resolve site issuesConduct testing of website enhancements and functionality as neededCollaborate with team members to provide support and assistance as required, ensuring efficient workflow and successful execution of web-related tasks and projectsUtilize web analytics tools to monitor and analyze website performance, customer behavior, and sales dataWhat we can do for you:Play a pivotal role in our company's transformation and growthMaintain work/life balance working for wholesale distribution businessTraining and career development opportunities3 weeks paid time off and 6 paid holidays per yearRelaxed and collaborative work environmentUp to 6% 401k employer contributionsTeam building company sponsored eventsEmployee discount and bi-annual sample saleQualifications:BA in Computer Science, Web Design, Marketing or related field preferredMinimum 2+ years of experience in product management, web merchandising, or a similar roleMust have basic website knowledge, including HTML/CSS, CMS, Magento, Shopify, WordPressKnowledge of Adobe SuiteExperience with ERP systems and database managementStrong proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics)Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and various project management toolsAbility to handle multiple projects at once and understand how to prioritizeMust demonstrate high level of initiative and resourcefulness, be a solution-seekerAbility to follow and effectively execute directions given, as well as being receptive to constructive feedbackPhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that are required by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
