The Content Manager will be involved in all aspects of pre-shoot production, shoot production, post-shoot production, and content management for our growing activewear business. This person will develop and manage content creation workflows (pre-production, production, post-production), and ensure that all content is organized, distributed, and accessible. They will also partner with the creative team on all invoicing and financial tracking as well as usage tracking.Responsibilities:Photo Production: Create and manage the annual shoot production schedule including all PDP, and campaign shoots.Engage with producers and production companies to get estimates for upcoming shoots and review the estimates with the EVP for feedback and approval. Project manage the pre-shoot workflow, including production company management, coordinating all internal workflows, processing payments, assisting in building the shot list, partnering with EVP on all creative aspects (ie. casting/fitting, props/set needs, etc.) and communication to the internal team. Process invoices and track financials against budgets.Post-Production & Content Management:Manage the workflow for PDP shoot post-production to ensure that all tasks are being completed in a timely fashion. Manages the PDP studio. Manages all post-production schedules in partnership with the CD and creative team. Coordinating all post-production vendors and freelancers (retouching, editing, etc.) and project managing to hit deadlines.Responsible for upload of all final assets to the digital asset management (DAM) platform and ensures that all metadata is correct. Updates all usage dates based on any usage renewals or extensions.Internal contact for all departments regarding assets, usage, and DAM.Usage Tracking:Manage all model, photographer usage agreements.Track all usage start and end dates.Coordinate all usage renewals / extensions. Process invoices and track financials. Qualifications:Experience working in a marketing/creative organization or for a production companyPhoto shoot production and post-production experienceExperience with budget management & trackingDigital asset management (DAM) experience and understanding of basics of file typesPhotography production experienceOn-set experience a plus Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop a plusStrong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharepointExperience with project management Working knowledge of web-based DAM; Experience with Bynder a plus. Financial management experience (processing invoices, tracking expenses, budgeting); Experience with Concur a plus. Strong organizational and communication skillsAnnual salary range starting at $100,000The disclosed salary range is commensurate with experience and does not reflect the total compensation package.
