This position will play a pivotal role in supporting our executive team in a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing, innovative company, with a chance to make a significant impact on our operations. Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and coordinating events. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure optimal time management. Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents for executive review and decision-making. Coordinate project timelines and follow up with internal and external stakeholders as necessary. Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and other software. Develop and maintain a filing system that allows for easy reference and rapid retrieval of information. Liaise with internal staff at all levels and interact with external clients and vendors.Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external contacts. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and make decisions within the scope of the position. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability. Ability to anticipate the needs of the executive team and act accordingly. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required.
