Technical Project Manager Mountain View, CA OnsiteBase Salary 125k - 130kOverviewWe're seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee critical projects for a global electronics giant. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. A strong understanding of business analysis, combined with technical acumen, will be essential for success in this role.ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership: Drive the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and closure. Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients. Proactively manage expectations and ensure effective communication throughout projects.Technical Expertise: Leverage your understanding of software development and content management systems (ideally, Adobe Experience Manager) to make informed technical decisions and solve problems.Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document client requirements. Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories.Team Management: Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team. Mentor and guide team members for optimal performance.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans to ensure project success.Communication: Facilitate effective communication across all project stakeholders. Conduct regular project meetings and status updates.Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to enhance project management processes and best practices.RequirementsProven Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally in software development or content management.Business Analysis Skills: Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager or similar content management systems is a plus.Global Mindset: Experience working with international clients and teams across different time zones and cultures.Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively.Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Certifications: PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
