The American Lawyer has recognized Jenner & Block as the No. 1 pro bono firm in the United States 10 times.Position OverviewThe Digital Programs Coordinator is responsible for supporting a range of overall Marketing & Business Development projects with a focus on Website, Marketing Technology & Analytics initiatives. This role has the opportunity to drive innovation within the department with a strong emphasis on career acceleration and professional development.Primary ResponsibilitiesMust become proficient in website content management, SEO, tagging and analytics tools (including; RubyLaw, GTM, Google Analytics/Power BI) to support data updates, integrations and reporting while seeking ways to create efficiencies.Must become proficient using the firm's CRM (InterAction) to ensure the data is current, accurate and complete according to Marketing Technology best practices. This includes assisting with managing the Data Change Management (DCM) and New Contact Review (NCR) inbox's on a regular basis, verifying and standardizing contact information for managed contacts before approval to the firm database collection.Must become proficient in marketing automation software (Vuture) to execute mailings, troubleshoot issues and offer ideas for process improvements.Master intricate processes, procedures and best practices aligned with making website updates and enhancements, managing CRM data quality, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, web and social.Execute SEO best practices and related content management techniques to website content and landing pages while following content checklists and improving performance benchmarks.Help maintain the operational guidelines for all supported business processes.Assist with updates to website and SharePoint sites.Prepare standardized and ad-hoc reports and dashboards on marketing programs.Provide training to firm colleagues on digital tools and processes.Any additional responsibilities as required by management.Qualifications and Other RequisitesA 4-year College Degree is required. Marketing, Business, or Computer Science is a plus.Prior experience in a professional environment required. Experience working in a law firm is preferred though not required.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).Knowledge and/or experience with the following: CRM, email marketing, content marketing strategies, social media strategies, google analytics, SEO.
