My client is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their team based out of Frederick, MD. They value long-term team members who are passionate about growth, innovation, and delivering excellence to our clients.DescriptionMy client is seeking an Assistant Project Manager with substantial experience in the construction industry, particularly in government and federal projects.Project PlanningAssist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.Documentation and ReportingMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and daily logs. Prepare regular progress reports for senior project managers and stakeholders.Budget ManagementMonitor project expenses, assist in the preparation of budget forecasts, and ensure project costs remain within the approved budget.Client CommunicationServe as a point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or questions.Safety ComplianceEnsure all project activities comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
