Your natural curiosity and passion for knowledge-sharing will empower you to help customers choose the best safety solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesConsultative SalesUnderstand customer needs and offer solutions that drive both safety and efficiency.Customer EngagementProvide exceptional customer support and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.Lead GenerationProactively generate new business opportunities through B2B outbound calls/emails.CRM UtilizationLeverage CRM and ERP tools to manage sales pipelines and track forecasts.Problem-solvingAddress customer concerns and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.Proposal PreparationCollaborate with warm leads to identify the right products and present competitive proposals that meet client needs.Ideal CandidateSales Experience3+ years in an inside sales or similar role with a proven track record of closing deals.SkillsetStrong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple sales processes simultaneously.Mechanical AptitudeExperience in a mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial environment is a plus but not required.Self-StarterMotivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.Tech-savvyProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technology.Attention to DetailExcellent follow-through, task completion, and organizational skills.AdaptabilityWillingness to learn and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Salary Range:$55K - $65K base salary + commissionsJK Executive Strategies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
