Reporting to the Head of Customer Growth Marketing, the Sr. Customer Growth Marketing Specialist will develop customized marketing strategies and implement plans specific to targeted sales channels, national account relationships, and consulting relationships. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, willingness to contribute to the team in a capacity outside of specific job function if needed, collaborative mentality, and growth-minded determination.Responsibilities Partner with Marketing colleagues and Sales team to understand the various needs by channel focus that translate into the execution of marketing tactics. Create and support marketing deliverables that align to business priorities specific for external firm/client needs, focus products available on strategic partner platforms, and key advisor segments. Write and partner with Creative, Compliance, and Digital Marketing team to deliver quality leads to help drive business growth. Help drive demand for products on sellable platforms based on product availability, firm-specific content, tailored advisor tracks, and a deep understanding of product platform availability. Partner with Marketing colleagues to implement marketing campaigns to enhance Distribution effectiveness in driving positive net flows through Broker-Dealer, RIA, Retirement, Bank, and National Account channels. Execute on channel-specific events to help guide and develop agendas that will make an impact based on targeted audience. Maintain rules of engagement with key firms, including appropriate firm reviews and approvals.Requirements BA/BS or equivalent5-10 years industry experience, channel marketing experience preferredJob requires both marketing experience and strong financial services background, preferably with Broker-Dealer, RIA, Retirement, Bank and/or National Account marketing background
