(Key responsibilities)Sales and Customer ServicePresent quotes to customers & add value in communication with customersHandle customer enquiries, renewals, contract questionsFollow up on quotes with customersQuote ManagementCreate and manage quotations for customers, submitting in relevant online systems with 100% accuracySupport bid requests with pricing, signal feasibility checks, and operator options, working closely with the Sales Operations Manager and Account ManagerMaintain pricing, rate cards, and other commercial information for customersOrder ManagementManage incoming orders to ensure information quality and completenessDo a handover to the provisioning team and brief them on upcoming tasksWork closely with the Account Manager to ensure correct details of sales are in orderCustomer On-boarding and In-life CareSupport the setup of new customers in various systemsBrief customers on policies and processesHandle customer enquiries, renewals, and contract questionsInvoicing & CollectionManage invoicing of services to customersMonitor collection and follow up with customers where neededIf youhave a bachelor's degreecan be coached, cooperative, reliable, and have a positive dispositionare willing to help others and dedicated to getting the task/job doneare motivated and very detail-orientedcan communicate clearly in English, both written and verbalhave 2 years of experience in a professional environment with similar job responsibilitieshave the ambition to develop towards account managementare pro-active and enjoy communicating with customers...we'd love to hear from you.Having familiarity with sales software or CRM such as Sales Force or Zoho and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
