Think Consulting is actively seeking a Director of Sales Consultant to join a leading energy solutions company based in Florida, with frequent travel across the United States. This role focuses on driving regional revenue growth and expanding partnerships with major players in the renewable energy sector. You will lead a team of sales professionals and play a pivotal role in influencing high-level project decisions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead efforts to grow regional revenue from $150M to $200M by 2025.Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers in the renewable energy industry.Oversee and develop a team of sales professionals, ensuring strong performance and goal achievement.Win new contracts with major utility and renewable energy companies across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Chile.Facilitate executive-level meetings between company leadership and clients to secure high-value deals.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:15-20 years of B2B sales experience in the energy or renewable sector.Strong understanding of renewable energy economics and project development.Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing sales teams.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior executives.Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience working in or with companies based in Latin America.Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French or Spanish).Familiarity with complex sales cycles and contract negotiations in the energy sector.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Prior experience working with or reporting to an international headquarters.Additional Information:Initial contract for 3-6 months with potential for extension.Pay Rate: $175-$225/ hr.
