Our team is passionate, driven, and committed to making a difference in the healthcare industry.Job Overview: The Associate Product Manager will support the Medication Delivery and Blood Collection business units by driving product and category growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires hands-on involvement in both product management and marketing execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, sourcing, R&D, and operations, to develop and implement product strategies that meet market demands and drive business results.As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a key role in product lifecycle management, from concept through commercialization, while continuously gathering and applying customer and market insights. You will be supporting product launches, managing product line extensions, and optimizing product performance. You will also act as a business owner for your assigned product lines, ensuring that they align with the company's broader strategic goals and maintaining a focus on profitability and growth.This is a hybrid role, requiring a mix of remote work and regular in-office collaboration at our Chicago location.Key Responsibilities:Marketing and Product Development:Assist in developing marketing plans for assigned product lines, including market research, line extensions, and new product development.Collaborate with marketing teams to create product collateral and support pricing strategies.Participate in the development and deployment of marketing materials and training for the sales team.Sales and Market Strategy:Analyze the competitive marketplace and assist in developing strategies to increase sales and profitability.Support the sales team by providing product training, in-services, and enhancing clinical product understanding for successful customer conversions.Monitor competitive pricing, recommend strategies to reduce costs, and assist in setting market prices.Cross-Functional Communication:Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Sourcing, Logistics, Operations, and Quality & Regulatory teams to support both upstream and downstream marketing execution.Represent the product line at industry tradeshows and conferences, providing visibility and gathering market intelligence.Work hand in hand with operations to ensure supply continuity to service customer's needs, as well as reduce logistics cost.Customer and Market Insights:Conduct market research to translate customer needs into product development opportunities.Gather and apply voice-of-customer feedback to refine product features and market positioning.Qualifications:BA or BS degree, ideally in sales, marketing, or sciences.Minimum of one year of experience in customer-facing product management, sales, or marketing.Demonstrated success in building business relationships with internal and external partners.Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.Preferred experience in the medical device industry.Proficiency in standard software programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Intermediate skills in Salesforce and Excel (including vlookups) are preferred.Experience with forecasting, inventory planning, or operations is a plus.Work Environment:Small, fast-paced company environment with opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and professional growth.Equal Opportunity Statement:Sol-Millennium Medical Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
