Our omnichannel solutions are powered by an ongoing investment in next-generation artificial intelligence and machine learning that deepens constituent relationships and creates transformational growth.Job Summary:The Equipment Maintenance will oversee the performance and maintenance of production machinery.MAINTENANCE & SERVICEObserve mechanical devices in operation and listen to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective partsServices equipment and other items as assignedServices or replaces defective partsInstalls special functional and structural parts in devicesKeeps an ongoing list of miscellaneous maintenance that needs to be doneSets up and operates equipment and tools to make and repair partsUses and reads volt meter, computer, and tape measureWorks overtime and weekends when necessaryOils and lubricate moving parts on machines to ensure effective performanceRecords and reports damaged, worn, or broken partsOrders and installs replacement parts for machines.Identifies the causes of unexpected breakdowns of machinesRepair broken machines quickly and efficientlyExperience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlinesThe employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawlEmployee will operate a forklift, pallet jack, clamp truck, scissor lift, hand truck, power saw, and drills.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.QUALITY CONTROLActivates devices to test their performanceInspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirementsExamines form and texture of parts to detect imperfectionsCheck and recheck any work before putting the machine back onlineAdjusts functional parts of devices and control instrumentsSAFETYChecks to ensure that all areas in the plant meet OSHA standardsKnows and follows all safety proceduresReports work-related injuries to supervisorEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma and prior experience in servicing and repairing machines are requiredBenefits:401(k) matchingDental InsuranceHealth insurancePaid time off.Vision insuranceMoore Company participates is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
