Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Generator Maintenance Lead who can provide leadership to a team of technicians performing maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of generators. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in Briggs and Straton, Generator Maintenance, and generator systems.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a team of technicians responsible for generator maintenance, repair, and troubleshootingDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and uptimePerform complex repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance on generators and related systemsMaintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activitiesEnsure compliance with all safety and environmental regulationsCollaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasksQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentSignificant experience in generator maintenance, repair, and troubleshootingStrong technical skills in Briggs and Straton engines and generator systemsProven leadership experience, with the ability to manage a team of techniciansExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsUnderstanding of safety and environmental regulationsBenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
