We are seeking a seasoned Tax/Audit Senior to join our dynamic finance team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to utilize and enhance your tax, audit, and accounting skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.As a Tax/Audit Senior, you will play a crucial role in our company's financial operations, contributing to both our short-term financial goals and long-term strategic objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of tax compliance, audit processes, and financial reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, strong analytical skills, and a knack for problem-solving.Responsibilities:Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance, including preparation and review of tax returns, tax planning, and research.Coordinate and lead audit processes, including planning, execution, and reporting of audit results.Develop and implement effective audit strategies to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial statements and reports.Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and efficient accounting processes.Provide expert advice on tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant tax obligations.Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants, maintaining strong professional relationships.Continuously monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and implement necessary updates in the company's tax strategies and procedures.Provide training and guidance to junior staff, contributing to their professional development.Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.A minimum of 3 years of experience in tax and audit roles, preferably within the finance industry.Profound knowledge of tax laws and regulations, as well as audit methodologies and procedures.Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of management.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop junior staff.Proficient in using accounting software and other relevant computer applications.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tax and audit issues.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining high-quality work.If you are a dedicated, result-oriented professional with a passion for tax and audit, we would love to hear from you.
