We are currently seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will provide legal counsel to clients dealing with family-related legal matters such as divorce, child custody, child support, and property division. You should possess excellent legal knowledge, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing clients with the best possible legal support.Position Overview:As a Family Law Attorney, you will offer legal counsel to clients dealing with family-related matters, such as divorce, child custody or child support.Key Responsibilities:Manage legal cases related to family law and advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.Research and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations to ensure the clients best interests are protected.Keep abreast of changes in the law and use this knowledge to stay ahead of issues.Draft and negotiate legal documents such as separation agreements, prenuptial agreements, and court orders.Represent clients in court proceedings and provide them with support and guidance.Manage a caseload and prepare for court appearances, mediations, and hearings.Qualifications:Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.Admission to practice law in California4+ years of experience in family law.BenefitsCompetitive Compensation ($120k - $200k DOE)Fully RemoteVarious BonusesVacation/PTO401kEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
