This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with a background in public accounting and a passion for the finance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, providing tax planning to clients, and ensuring compliance with federal and state tax laws. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Why join us?Great Benefits, Remote Flexibility, Growth Opportunity, Great Culture, PTO, 401K, and much more!Job DetailsResponsibilities:Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.Identify and research tax planning and compliance issues.Develop and implement strategic tax planning for clients.Represent clients before federal, state, and local tax authorities.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current tax practices and changes in tax law.Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to junior staff.Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure accurate and timely tax compliance.Manage multiple client assignments and projects simultaneously.Communicate effectively with clients to provide superior customer service.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.A minimum of 10 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on tax.A minimum of 3 years of experience in a tax senior or similar role.Proficient in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax codes and regulations.Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.This role offers a unique opportunity to take your career to the next level in a supportive and professional environment.
