This role requires an expert-level understanding of partnership, S corporation, and individual taxation. You will coordinate the day-to-day operations of tax compliance, advisory services, and annuity tax service delivery while building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Your leadership will extend to managing and developing a team of tax professionals, providing guidance on complex tax issues, and ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all client deliverables.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the preparation and delivery of tax compliance servicesOversee large teams and manage workloads, quality, and project reportingServe as a subject matter expert for partnership, S corporation, and individual taxationEnsure the quality and efficiency of tax work products and manage engagement risksDevelop new business service offerings and contribute to client growthCoach and mentor team members, leading their career development and performance managementManage and grow client relationships, directly contributing to business developmentQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or EconomicsCPA, EA, or licensed attorney requiredMinimum of 12 years of experience in professional tax servicesStrong leadership and problem-solving skillsExpertise in resolving complex tax issuesExcellent communication and team development experienceProficiency with financial and tax applications such as CCH Suite and Microsoft SuiteInterested in hearing more?
