Trust and Estate AttorneyPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trust and Estate Attorney to join our legal team. The Trust and Estate Attorney will provide legal counsel and support to clients in all matters relating to estate planning and trust administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of legal matters and will play a key role in ensuring the success of our firm's clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting and reviewing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.Representing clients in probate court proceedings, including will contests, trust disputes, and guardianship matters.Providing advice and guidance to clients on estate and gift tax planning strategies.Assisting clients with business succession planning and asset protection strategies.Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and providing excellent customer service.QualificationsJuris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in the stateMinimum of 5 years of experience in trust and estate lawBenefitsCompetitive Base Salary: $130,000 - $175,000 (DOE)HealthDentalVision401kPTOBonusEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
